After completing her undergraduate education in psychology at California State University, Chico, Valerie Jobrack attended John F. Kennedy University to earn a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a specialty in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has worked in community and private settings, as well as residential treatment facilities, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the needs of the client for optimal success. She particularly enjoys helping clients navigate relationships, identity, grief, forming connections, military lifestyle issues, life phase transitions, ADHD, post-partum mood and anxiety disorders, generalized anxiety and depression.
Originally from the Bay Area, she has lived in all four corners of the United States and has come full circle back to Northern California. In her spare time, she enjoys being in nature, volunteering, crafting, and learning about United States history. Valerie has a daughter, son and a Boxer dog.
